Please contact Kahari Beauty before returning an item. Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item condition, whether it has been worn or altered, and applicable consumer law. For hygiene reasons, some opened, worn, customised or personalised hair products may not be returnable where legally permitted. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
